Prior to implementing CRM, the customer support teams were managing client requests in Outlook. This was not conducive to effectively managing support history or escalating requests to other teams.

Situation
In this case, CRM was implemented for sales and customer support management. Data was primarily imported out of individual Outlook address books. In addition to CRM, the customer implemented the CRM Mobile clients. This enabled their technicians to access CRM data from the road.
